The Leadership Mirror
That which I see as prevalent around me most often has it’s origin in me.
Leaders are often encouraged to consider looking in the mirror. I would offer that you already are. That the world around you is a direct reflection of your own thoughts, desires, dreams, and dysfunctions. When Daniel begins to work with your leadership team, you can expect that your team will:
